At the May stop of the Massey Ferguson pan-European Roadshow, the MF eXperience Tour in Jakabszállás, Hungary, Mitas tires were prominently featured. Our tires were fitted to the vast majority of the tractors in the show. Farmers and other invited guests were able to see the AC 65, AC 85 and AC 70 T tires in action.
"The AC 65 tires are characterized by their extremely economical operation, thanks to very good traction and wear resistance, while the AC 85 series offers the greatest range of sizes and the AC 70 T design has high break-in teeth for greater traction in field work," says Mitas Agricultural Tire Product Manager Pavel Kott. He adds: "This confirms the continued popularity of Mitas tires, which are widely used on original equipment by reputable agricultural machinery manufacturers."
The event in Hungary on May 7-10 was attended by dozens of farmers and vendors. A varied program was prepared for the visitors; not only were they given a presentation of Massey Ferguson's latest product range, but they were also able to see the outstanding features of Mitas tires in the field and take them on a slalom course as well. Skill and precision demonstrations were also very popular, as Massey Ferguson tractors were used to transport a basketball into a basket and open a bottle with a front-end fork attachment.
Last year, there were more than 5,000 visitors for the eXperience Tour. This year, the MF eXperience Tour will visit 32 consecutive cities in a total of 14 European countries, with the next stops throughout May and early June in Sudol, Poland, Aragon, Spain, Cloyes-les-Trois-Rivières, France and Brno, Czech Republic for machines running on Mitas tires.
