Mitas tires have made an indelible mark on the history of this year's Championship Pull and Winter Nationals tractor pulling events in Louisville, Kentucky, USA.

Although tractor pulling is very popular today, especially in the USA and the Netherlands, the first event actually took place in 1913 in Litovel, which was then part of Austria-Hungary and is now the Czech Republic. After World War II, with the increased use of tractors, boulder pulling competitions were held, and out of this, the sport was born. In the USA, the first known tractor competitions were held in 1929 in Missouri and Kentucky.
