The first product in the Mitas range is a crane tyre with a CR-02 tread, which is high operating economy on the road thanks lower rolling resistance. The tyre can travel along the road at speeds of up to 85 km/h and is homologated as M + S and meets requirements for winter conditions.
“The new tread block design allows excellent traction and easy self-cleaning in off -road application,” adds Jozef Rúček, CEO of Mitas Russia.
“The new design means that the Mitas CR-02 has an excellent tyre life. Another benefit is that the tyre can be re-treaded,” concludes Ing. Jaroslav Musil, MITAS a.s. Product Manager.
Industrial radial tyres are represented at the fair by the FLR-01 tread for material handling machinery. This tread is designed for fork lifts, container handlers and terminal tractors. It features a modern design guaranteeing increased tyre life and excellent operator comfort thanks to all-steel construction. Improved rolling resistance also plays a crucial role, reducing fuel consumption.
The Compactor radial tyre is specially developed for Roller. The same tread is also used for the Compactor, Compactor Extra and Compactor Smooth variants. The second tread, the UK 5, is suitable for industrial and road construction equipment.
Tractor industrial diagonal tyres – robust and durable tyres for construction and road works – are represented here by two treads – the TI-06 and TR-09. The TI-06 robust industrial pattern with higher resistance to puncture and tread wear. The TR-09, tread with good traction. EM diagonal series – reliable tyres for demanding earthmoving work is represented by a tyre with the EM-30 tread. This tread pattern has excellent durability and puncture resistance. It is particularly suitable for loaders in hard operating conditions.

The industrial range is rounded off by Fork lifts diagonal tyres with the FL-08 and FL-07 treads, which are good handling in various service conditions. The display will feature a tyre with the FL-08 tread. This is a higher filling of tread pattern, designed for difficult operating conditions. It also has designed for heavy duty service and have a good directional stability. The other product visitors will be able to see is the FL-07 tyre, with a combination of rib/block tread pattern.
Visitors interested in the Agro range can see a tyre with the HCM (High Capacity Municipal) tread there. This tread is designed for all terrains and applications, with low noise emission and vibration, thanks to different length of pitches of the tread blocks. The tyre also has extraordinary traction, excellent self-cleaning and very good steering characteristics. It is designed for all-season use. It is used particularly suitable for municipal and road maintenance tractors and equipment.
